By accessing and using DemoMojo, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

DemoMojo is a browser extension that provides:

• Persona overlays for demo presentations
• Chapter cues and structured demo flows
• Value driver highlighting
• No-code story management
• Local and cloud data storage options
• Export and import functionality

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Subscription Plans

DemoMojo offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free: Basic features with limited stories
• Pro: Unlimited stories, advanced features, export/import
• Team: Shared libraries, analytics, team collaboration

5. Payment Terms

For paid subscriptions:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds may be provided at our sole discretion

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use DemoMojo to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for illegal or harmful purposes
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

7. Intellectual Property

DemoMojo and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DemoMojo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your demo content and data.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service and is incorporated into these terms by reference.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the service
• Perform maintenance and updates
• Suspend service for violations of these terms
• Implement new features or remove existing ones

10. Data and Content

You retain ownership of your demo content and data. We may:

• Store your data securely as described in our Privacy Policy
• Use anonymized data to improve our services
• Provide data export functionality
• Delete data upon account termination

11. Limitation of Liability

DemoMojo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DemoMojo from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

15. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
